Does painting make you tired?

Good lighting makes a huge difference when painting. If your lighting is not sufficient, you will strain to “see” what you are doing. Great lighting reduces eye stress and also helps you to see truer colors which will eliminate a lot of “paint-overs”.

I use two natural goose-neck lights, one on each side of my workspace. By having two lights, it will eliminate painting in dark shadows. (Shadowing from a side light gives me a headache!) Also, goose-neck lights will allow you to adjust the light for any project.

Sometimes all it takes to make your painting time more enjoyable is just the flip of a switch!
